It is the contention of the appellant that upon the death of William Wikoff his daughters, Emma Pingrey and Florence Rulon, by virtue of his will took a life estate in his farm property and became seized in fee, by descent, of said farm property, as his only heirs-at-law, pending the happening of the events upon which the fee to said farm property would vest in the living children and unborn children of Emma Pingrey and Florence Rulon by virtue of the terms of the will of William Wikoff, and that in consequence of the execution and delivery of the deed from Emma Pingrey and husband to Roy E.…
