This is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court of Perry county, entered February 5,1947, awarding a writ of mandamus to compel the respondent, Judson E. Harriss, as judge of the county court of said county, to expunge from the records of the county court certain entries made by him vacating an order of his predecessor, which disallowed the probate of the will of Charles J.
