Defendant, Marlon Washington (‘Washington”), was convicted of two counts of illegal use of a firearm, one count of aggravated burglary and one count of attempted aggravated burglary. He was adjudicated a fourth felony offender, and on the first count of illegal use of a firearm, sentenced to life imprisonment without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence.
