LATIMER, Justice.

This case comes to us upon a writ of certiorari to review an order of the Utah Labor Relations Board requiring the petitioner, Hotel Utah Company, to cease and desist from any further unfair labor practice and to enter into collective bargaining with defendant Laundry Workers Local Union No. 316. Hereinafter, the Utah Labor Relations Board will be designated as the Labor Board; the Hotel Utah as the Company, and the Laundry Workers Local Union No. 316 as the Union.
