Chicago Title Insurance Co. (“Chicago Title”) appeals the circuit court’s entry of judgment in favor of Patricia Tyson, Respondent, on her petition for damages for negligence. We reverse.

Statement of Facts

This case involves switched legal descriptions in relation to two properties (two units of a duplex) located in Jackson County, Missouri, with street addresses of 106 and 108 SW Donovan Rd., Lee’s Summit.
