Plaintiffs United States of America and State of Connecticut bring this action against defendants Stanley G. Scott (“Scott”), Carmen E.F. Vazquez (‘“Vazquez”), and Bobby J. Riley (“Riley”), alleging violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (“FACE”), 18 U.S.C. §§ 248(a) — 248(e).
