{¶ 1} Respondent, Patrick McKinney of Canton, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0058443, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1992. On January 27, 2003, relator, Stark County Bar Association, charged respondent in an amended multicount complaint with various violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility.
