This suit was instituted by John G. Dielmann against Amalie Littler? Geo. F. Littler, -Henry C. Pauly, Edmund B. Pauly, Irma A. Pauly and D. & A. Oppenheimer, for the purpose of procuring the partition of a certain lot or parcel of land on East Commerce Street, which he alleged was in the joint ownership and possession of himself and Henry C. Pauly, until the death of the latter, which occurred on January 28, 1902. It was alleged that there survived said Henry C. Pauly, his wife, Amalie Pauly, who had become Amalie Littler by intermarriage with George F. Littler, and…
