—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Walter Tolub, J.), entered July 10, 2000, which directed defendant City of New York to pay all remaining amounts due on the judgment dated March 11, 1994 in a lump sum, as well as outstanding interest, unanimously modified, on the law and the facts, to direct instead that the City pay to plaintiff within 30 days a lump sum amount representing all annual payments for future damages that would have been *128made since 1994 had its obligations under the judgment not been stayed pending appeal, with interest, and otherwise affirmed, without costs.
