Appellant, Eduardo Lerma, pro se, appeals from the trial court’s entry of a judgment in favor of Appellee, Stewart Forbes, pro se, on a Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Appellee in post-judgment proceedings. Appellant contends that the trial court had lost its plenary power jurisdiction over the case and was, therefore, incapable of rendering a summary judgment in favor of Appellee.
