Morris, Israel Patents Corporation and Patents Management Corporation, calling themselves the “Protective Committee of 4% Convertible Subordinated Debentures of Interstate Department Stores, Inc.,” bring this action on behalf of themselves and all others similarly situated (“the bondholders”).
