MEMORANDUM OPINION

CHASANOW, District Judge.

This case is before the court on appeal from the order of Bankruptcy Judge Paul Mannes, denying the motion of Appellant creditor The Fairville Company for relief from the automatic stay imposed, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(a), in the Chapter 13 bankruptcy of Appellee debtor Doodnauth Ramkaran.
