MEMORANDUM OPINION

I. INTRODUCTION

Ningbo Chenglu Paper Products Manufacturing Co. (“Ningbo”) filed a Motion for Payment of Administrative Expenses (Doc. No. 73) (the “Motion”). The United States Trustee (“UST”) and Momenta, Inc. (the “Debtor”) filed objections to the Motion (Doc. Nos. 85 and 86) (the “Objections”). The Court held a hearing on February 23, 2011, and continued the matter to April 7, 2011.
