ROBERTS, Justice.

Appellee Mars Area School District and the Mars Area Association of School Services Personnel, the duly certified bargaining agent of employees of appellee, were parties to a collective bargaining agreement covering the terms and conditions of employment of “teacher-aides,” members of the bargaining unit the Association represents.
