Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Duskas, J.), entered June 29, 1990 in St. Lawrence County, which, inter alia, denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff, currently an inmate in a State correctional facility, commenced this pro se action pursuant to 42 USC § 1983 claiming a deprivation of his rights under the Federal Constitution as the result of the actions of defendant, a State Trooper, in arresting him and causing his prearraignment detention.
