In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant Mariano Faulisi appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kangs County (Silber, J.), dated July 9, 2015, as granted the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment on the issue of liability insofar as asserted against him, and granted the cross motion of the defendants Loreanny Lara and Jonathan Lara for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and all cross claims insofar as asserted against them.
