Alfred Stille, the testator, left to survive him a son, Henry M. Stille, and two grandchildren, Lina Ives Brinton and Alfred S. Ives, they being children of a deceased daughter, Maria S. Ives. Alfred S. Ives died without issue during the lifetime of his sister and uncle. Mrs. *62Brinton at that time had three children, two being minors, and Henry M. Stille four children, all of age. By the will of Alfred Stille he devised and bequeathed his residuary estate to a trustee, in trust to pay one-quarter of the income to his granddaughter for life, one-quarter to his grandson for…
