State v. Powers

OPINION

SHEA, Justice.

This matter has come before the Supreme Court a second time following our remand in State v. Powers, 526 A.2d 489 (R.I.1987). We affirm.

On July 8,1981, at approximately 10 p.m. two witnesses saw a man wearing a nylon stocking over his head enter and rob the E Mart Gas station on Warwick Avenue in Warwick, Rhode Island. During the course of the robbery the night attendant at the station, a seventeen-year-old male, was shot and later died.
