Timothy Paul Parker and William August Parker appeal from final judgments entered in the District Court 1 for the Southern District of Iowa finding them guilty, upon jury verdicts, of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
