In this appeal appellant Cathy Parado-ski challenges her conviction for driving while intoxicated (DWI). The record contains evidence that appellant ingested two types of prescription medication. Though appellant concedes she was operating a motor vehicle without the normal use of her faculties, she asserts she suffered a transient ischemic attack (TIA), causing her to lose control of her faculties while driving.
