In this juvenile criminal proceeding in St. Bernard Parish, the defendant, C.P.1, was charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder, violations of La. R.S. 14:27(30), one count of aggravated battery, a violation of La. R.S. 14:34 and one count of aggravated criminal damage to property, a violation of La. R.S. 14:55.
