Memorandum: Plaintiff, an employee of defendant Consolidated Rail Corporation (Conrail), was injured when a Conrail van in which he was being shuttled to his workplace during a snowstorm collided with a vehicle owned by defendant Amy Ramsay and operated by defendant Anthony Caliano.
