Relators having obtained leave, filed in this court their original petition for writ of mandamus praying that such writ be issued, directed to the Superintendent of Public Instruction of this State, commanding him to accept, receive and file in his office a sworn statement of the revised list of prices of school books heretofore on November 8, 1919, tendered to him; that he be directed to send a copy of said list to the school authorities in each district of the State within thirty days after such filing and to publish the same in his annual publication of additional lists of school books and…
