LEIBELL, District Judge.
On September 3, 1943, the Hon. Frederick E. Crane, Special Master, filed his report in the office of the Clerk of the Court in which he set forth his opinion and his findings of fact and conclusions of law with respect to the fairness and reasonableness of a plan for the compromise of certain litigation in which he had sat as Special Master. The Special Master’s report on the plan of compromise was noticed for a hearing in the bankruptcy motion part for September 15, 1943.
