Defendants appeal from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff for recission of a contract purchase of stock representing a one-third interest in certain business. The complaint, as amended, was in five counts. The first count sought damages for breach of contract. Count II claimed damages for fraud. Count III sought recission on equitable grounds.
