HARTZ, Circuit Judge.
Defendant Virgil Anderson-Bey, a prisoner of the State of Colorado, applied for a writ of habeas corpus in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. See 28 U.S.C. § 2254. He asserted that there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction of robbing a sandwich-shop employee and that his state sentence was improperly enhanced by an invalid prior conviction.
