In this diversity action, Plaintiff John J. Manley d/b/a Chicago Marine Towing ("Manley" or "Chicago Marine") brings two claims against Defendant BOAT/U.S., Inc. ("Boat U.S.") alone and three claims against Boat U.S., Great Lakes Repair, Inc.
