Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion for Preliminary Injunction (Doe. No. 2) pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 65(a). A two-day evidentiary hearing was held on January 16-17, 2008, at which both sides presented documentary and testimonial evidence.
