— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Hentel, J.), rendered August 22, 1980, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
