SATZ, Judge.
Defendant, Brian Dunlap, was convicted by a jury in Count I of third degree assault and in Count II of first degree assault. The court sentenced him to concurrent sentences of one year and ten years, respectively. Defendant appeals. We affirm.
On appeal, the defendant contends that the trial court erred by: (1) failing to submit a proper instruction on self-defense; (2) failing to instruct on assault in the third degree under Count II, as a lesser included offense of assault in the first degree; (3) allowing the prosecution to cross-examine the defendant on the extent of his…
