By his bill of complaint, Harry Dennis claims to be the sole beneficial owner of a 62.5 percent interest in an office building in the City of Newport News (the property). The defendant, Gloria Gifford (formerly Gloria Probyn), relying primarily upon the language of a deed, claims ownership of three-fourths of that interest. The trial court found a resulting trust in favor of Dennis, and Gifford appeals. Thus, the sole issue in this appeal is whether the evidence supports the trial court’s finding.
