In a child custody proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, the petitioner appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County (Lubow, J.), dated March 12, 1991, which granted the motion of the respondent Little Flower Children’s Services to dismiss the petition in its entirety on the ground of lack of standing.

Ordered that the order is modified, by deleting the provision thereof which granted that branch of the motion which was to dismiss so much of the petition as sought visitation, and substituting therefor a provision denying that branch of the motion; as so modified, the…
