MORROW, Judge.
This appeal is from an order of the District Court refusing to discharge relator under writ of habeas corpus. It appears that he was arrested and held under an executive warrant as follows:
“IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF TEXAS (Executive Department)
