THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiff Nereida Rivera O’Reilly’s (hereinafter “Plaintiff’ or “O’Reilly”) Action for Mandamus, Permanent Injunction, and Declaratory Relief against Defendants, Board of Elections, St. Croix District, et al. (hereinafter “Defendants” or “the Board”), filed December 8, 2014. Senator Alicia “Chucky” Hansen (hereinafter “Hansen”) moved to intervene on December 10, 2014.
