Per Curiam,
The correctness of the decree from which this appeal was taken is so fully vindicated in what has been so well said by the learned president of the common pleas that neither of the questions involved requires further discussion. The decree is affirmed on bis opinion and the appeal is dismissed at appellant’s costs.
