SOMERVILLE, Presiding Judge.

Plaintiffs, husband and wife, filed a two count petition against defendant, a county mutual insurance company organized and existing under Chapter 380, RSMo 1978.

A policy of insurance issued by defendant to plaintiffs insuring certain property of the latter against loss by theft contained a “rider” effective March 1,1980, providing additional theft coverage for approximately 10,000 bushels of soybeans and certain tools and supplies located on premises described as the “Heck Farm”. 1 By way of Count I, plaintiffs sought judgment against defendant under the policy of…
