This appeal arises from a judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Taney County in favor of Altom Construction Company, LLC (“Altom”), and Great River Engineering of Springfield, Inc. (“Great River”), (collectively, “Respondents”), against Hollister Interchange Development Company, LLC (“HIDC”), Gage Excavating, LLC (“Gage”), and BB Syndication Services, Inc. (“BBSSI”).
