A former custodial order in this same action was before the Supreme Court in Stewart v. Stewart, 41 Cal.2d 447 [260 P.2d 44], and the surrounding facts are there set forth. That appeal involved an order denying the application of the plaintiff in this action, the mother of a 9-year-old girl and an 11-year-old boy, for change of custody of the two children which had previously been given to the children’s paternal annt and her husband, Mr. and Mrs. Haven.
