Defendant was convicted by the jury of arson, as defined by section 905 of The Penal Code of June 24, 1939, P. L. 872, 18 PS §4905. .His motion for a new trial is before us after argument. All of the reasons assigned in support of the motion may be disposed of by our determination of the question raised by the first one, that is whether or not the verdict is against the law.
