MR. JUSTICE MACLEARY.

This is a summary proceeding instituted by Mrs. Emilia Giménez and Mrs. Felicia García y Brenes, against Julio Brenes y Aponte, in the District Court of Guayama,. seeking to foreclose a mortgage under artricle 128 of the Mortgage Law, and sections 169 and 170 of the Regulations attached to .the said statute providing for its enforcement. They requested the court to issue an order to the marshal, commanding him to require the said Brenes Aponte, who was in possession of the lands mortgaged, to make payment to the applicants within thirty days of $660…
