OPINION

HOFFMAN, Senior Judge.

Plaintiffs-Appellants Vron Mishler and Dianne Mishler (collectively, "the Mishlers") appeal the trial court's grant of a preliminary injunction requested by Defendant-Appellee MAC Systems, Ine. *94("MAC"). We reverse and remand.1

The following issue is dispositive: whether the trial court's preliminary injunction is improper because it violates the prohibition against restriction of speech under Article I, Section 9 of the Indiana Constitution.
