This is an appeal from a district court judgment following a plea of guilty to the crime of third-degree burglary. Minn. St. 1961, § 621.10.

The defendant asserts that the information charging him with the crime is defective in certain particulars and that the court deprived him of due process of law by accepting his plea of guilty.
