Four questions inhere in this case: (1) May the Legislature constitutionally enact a prospective curative act making the requirement that a resale notice shall be published four weeks before the resale directory, and making the publication for less than 28 days before the sale immaterial so that the owner cannot defeat the resale deed by reason of such irregularity?
