Ample Bright Development, Ltd. commenced this action on February 11, 2011 against Comis International, doing business as Comis Customs Brokers Co., and Frank Noah.1 On May 2, 2011, defendants filed a third party complaint against Pacific Worldwide, Inc. and Pacific International Alliance, Inc.
