This is a suit in equity brought by Charles L. Farrell, a resident of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, to reach and apply, in satisfaction of a judgment obtained by the complainant in an action of the case against Adolphus J. Holmes, of North Attleboro, Massachusetts, certain money under a policy issued in Massachusetts by the respondent, a foreign insurance company, which insured Holmes for automobile liability.
