Jessica Venincasa commenced this case by filing a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code1 on May 24, 2018. Thereafter, Lawson & Weitzen, LLP ("L & W") filed a motion for relief from the automatic stay pursuant to Code § 362(d) and Fed. R. Bankr. P. 4001(a). L & W, a law firm, sought relief for the sole purpose of releasing to itself funds of Ms. Venincasa's being held by L & W in its clients' trust account (IOLTA account).2 Joseph G.
