John E. Goss appeals his jury trial convictions of first-degree murder (K.S.A. 21-3401) and unlawful possession of a firearm (K.S.A. 21-4204).
Janice Amerin resided with her parents near Plains. On September 8, 1986, as Janice was preparing to leave for work, defendant appeared at the residence. He and Janice had dated sporadically.
