I.Introduction
The Plaintiff commenced this action pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, Title 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), seeking a judicial review of the Secretary’s final decision which denied her Application for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”).
