“This case was tried in the Court of General Sessions for Aiken County, S. C., on the 20th day of October, 1925, before his Honor, Judge E. C. Dennis, and a jury. The grand jury of said county having previously indicted Steve Holley and Carrie Minor for violating the Prohibition Daw, (1) in that they stored whisky, and (2) that they did unlawfully receive, accept, and have in their possession alcoholic liquor.
