¶ 1. Homeowners Balbir Singh and Ja-swinder Kaur appeal from the judgment of the Madison County Chancery Court finding them in contempt of a permanent injunction concerning violations of restrictive covenants attached to their property. In the same order, the court considered and granted a distinct request from the Cypress Lake Property Owners Association for legal fees and expenses pursuant to a-provision of the covenants entitling the Association to reimbursement for enforcement expenses.
